Return Policy

1. Proof of Damage
Photos or Videos:
Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item.
If the photos do not sufficiently show the damage, a video must be submitted.


2. Return request
Email or Dispute Screenshot:
Send us an email of the dispute and kindly attach the necessary content
The email must include:
Customer name
Complaint content


3. Tracking and Delivery Issues
For orders with missing tracking information or delayed deliveries:

General Rule:

Orders in transit, pending, or expired for more than 60 days after departing from the RingTech warehouse are eligible for review.
For U.S. Orders:

Claims can be filed 45 days after the order has departed the RingTech warehouse.
Non-Delivery Certification:

If the package is not received, a non-delivery certification with an official seal issued by the local post office is required.


4. Tracking Information Alerts
If tracking information indicates an alert, the following reasons may apply:

Address Issues:

Incorrect or insufficient address
No such number
Recipient Issues:

Unknown recipient
Package refused
Not picked up in time
Delivery Problems:

No safe delivery location
Uncleared customs
Other Issues:

Any additional unforeseen circumstances causing delivery failure.
